Welcome To the Barnstable Silver Bullets 25^th  Season

 Coaches:

 Practice Schedule:     For the remainder of our season

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday  *  5:45 – 7:30 p.m.

 JV Games:

-Saturday, October 8^th –  JV game is home vs  Bridgewater, players needs to be in RED game jersey

                      -Mite game starts at 9:00 players need to be there at 8:00

                      -Midget game starts at 10:00 players need to be there at 9:00

                      -Pee Wee game starts at 11:00 players need to be there 10:00

All Players must be there on time for their Game Day Weigh-IN.       ^

 Varsity Games:

-Sunday,  October  9^th  – Varsity is home  vs Scituate, players need to be in RED game jersey

Team and Individual Pictures:

-This Sunday is also team and individual pictures for all players, both JV and Varsity together. Please see attached photo packet. Forms will also be available Sunday at the Field.

-JV players are all invited to stay with their team after pictures and go onto the sidelines during Varsity game in full uniform

-For pictures all players should be in RED game jersey

            -Mite game starts at 11:30 players need to be there at 9:45 for pictures

            -Midget game starts at 1:00 players need to be there at 11:00 for pictures

            -Pee Wee game starts at 2:30 players need to be there at 12:15 for pictures

 It is a tradition that on Friday before a game all Silver Bullet Players wear their game jersey to school unless their school requires a uniform,  this week wear RED game jersey.

 Volunteers Needed for the following shifts this weekend:

10/08 Saturday – JV – Midgets Sticks (3 People) Needed  – 9:45 -11:00

 10/09 – Sunday – Varsity – Mites Sticks (1 Person) 11:15- 1:00

Gate/ Merchandise  * 11:00 – 12:30 or 12:30 -2:00 or  2:00 – 3:30 – 2 people  needed each shift

Snack Bar * (2 people) – 10:30 -12:30 or 12:30-2:30 or 2:30-4:30 – 3 people needed each shift

 Volunteer Sign Up –Refunds available after your shift is completed. We have 3 home games so sign up early if you wish to work at one of these games. This would be the only Volunteer opportunities remaining for the 2011 season. Shifts are still open. Each player’s family is needed to do at least one shift  of  volunteering  during the season. Sign Up sheets are available at the Information Table.  Choose from volunteering during home games at  the  Gate,  the Snack Bar, or on the field doing the Line Markers (Sticks).

 BHS Staff has asked us to adhere to the signs and rules of the Field Complex. No Pets Allowed inside the Field Complex .  Also no parking along the street – park in the parking lots only. Emergency vehicles cannot get through.

Miscellaneous:

-Throughout the season there will be a Weekly Information Handout regarding the upcoming  weeks schedule which is given out at the end of practice every Thursday Night and also posted on the website by date under Weekly Handouts.

-Parents, it is a lot of work to run this program and we need volunteer help to keep our costs down and   run a successful program. Please don’t hesitate to do more than 1 shift!!

-Don’t forget to check the website for updates, cancelations, schedules and events @  www.barnstablesilverbullets.org In the event of bad weather we try to post cancelations on the website by 5:00 p.m. Also check your email for important info.
