Check our website before leaving the Cape for away games for last minute field updates and before practice when  the weather is questionable. Also check your emails for ALERT messages regarding changes and cancelations.

Welcome To the Barnstable Silver Bullets 25^th  Season

Coaches:

 Practice Schedule:     For the remainder of our season

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday  *  5:45 – 7:30 p.m.

 JV Games:

               -Saturday, Oct. 1^st  – JV game is home vs Plymouth, players needs to be in RED  game jersey  

                      -Mite game starts at 9:00 players need to be there at 8:00

                      -Midget game starts at 10:00 players need to be there at 9:00

                      -Pee Wee game starts at 11:00 players need to be there 10:00

All Players must be there on time for their Game Day Weigh-IN.     

 Varsity Game:

-Sunday,  Oct. 2^nd – Varsity game is away at Duxbury, players need to be in WHITE game jersey

                         -Mite game starts at 11:30 players need to be there at 10:00

                         -Midget game starts at 1:00 players need to be there at 11:30

                         -Pee Wee game starts at 2:30 players need to be there at 1:00

All players must be there on time for their Game Day Weigh-In.          

 -It is a tradition that on Friday before a game all Silver Bullet Players  wear their game jersey to school unless their school requires a uniform, this week wear WHITE Away game jersey.

 JV Games this week will be played on the main turf high school field. We will open the Snack Bar and also have Silver Bullet  Merchandise  available. We do need volunteers to work the snack bar, merchandise and sticks. Following shifts are still available:

Sticks:  Midgets (1 person) 9:45-11:00

Merchandise : (1 person) 8-12:30 available any 2 hour shift would help

Snack Bar:  (1 person ) 8:00 – 10.   (3 people) 10:00 – 12:30

 BHS Staff has asked us to adhere to the signs and rules of the Field Complex. No Pets Allowed inside the Field Complex .  Also no parking along the street – park in the parking lots only. Emergency vehicles cannot get through.

 Save the date: Picture Day – Oct. 9^th at our Home games. All players will have their photos taken prior to the Varsity game. Both JV and Varsity players together. Photo times to be announced next week. Order forms will come home next Thursday with our Weekly Handout for families wishing to purchases  individual and Team pictures.

 Volunteer Sign Up –Refunds available after your shift is completed. We have 4 home games so sign up early if you wish to work at one of these games. Shifts are still open. Each player’s family is needed to do at least one shift  of  volunteering  during the season. Sign Up sheets are available at the Information Table.  Choose from volunteering during home games at  the  Gate,  the Snack Bar, or on the field doing the Line Markers (Sticks).

Miscellaneous:

-Throughout the season there will be a Weekly Information Handout regarding the upcoming  weeks schedule which is given out at the end of practice every Thursday Night and also posted on the website by date under Weekly Handouts.

-Parents, it is a lot of work to run this program and we need volunteer help to keep our costs down and   run a successful program. Please don’t hesitate to do more than 1 shift!!

-Don’t forget to check the website for updates, cancelations, schedules and events @  www.barnstablesilverbullets.org In the event of bad weather we try to post cancelations on the website by 5:00 p.m. Also check your email for important info.
