Weigh -In at DY High School Field Tonight @ 4:30.Wear Red  Game Jersey and practice pants to practice on Thursday. After weighing in we will return to our field for a regular practice.

Thursday,  September  8  – Weigh-In at DY High School at 4:30p.m.  RED GAME JERSEY MUST BE WORN.  After weighing in we will return to our field for a full practice.

 -All players must attend the weigh-in, this is a league requirement and   is NOT optional.  We must submit a copy of your Birth Certificates for weigh-in to make you eligible to play. If your copy has not been  handed  in please do so as soon as possible.

 Directions:  Take exit 8 (Station Ave./Union St.) stay right onto ramp, take right onto Station Ave.. Go straight through 2 sets of lights. Y-D High School will be about 1 mile on left hand side after 2nd set of traffic lights

 Dennis-Yarmouth  High  School Field – 201 Station Ave. South Yarmouth, MA 02664 -Travel time 30 minutes.

 2011 Silver Bullet Program Guide: Deadline to submit personal player or cheerleader greetings and  ads is September 8th. Applications available at information table. Also contact Jeff Richards or Doris Menard

Volunteer Sign Up Book also available at Information Table. Volunteer for shifts at Gate, Snack Bar or Field Markers.

Thank you to all those families who participated in 2011 Helmet Drive…it was a huge success!

Now that all players have their equipment and are hard at work with their coaches we will hold a Parent Information Meeting to get information out about the upcoming season and answer all your questions.  Volunteer Sign Up Sheets will be available during the meeting if anyone would like to schedule their shift. See you tonight.

Practice as scheduled on Tuesday, page August 16th – Thusday, help August 18.

Equipment Hand Out begins Tuesday, August 16th for Midgets and Pee Wees followed on  Wednesday, August 17th  with Mite Equipment Hand Out.

$50 Equipment Deposit and $50 Volunteer Deposit  – both to be respectively fully refunded after Volunteer Service is completed and Equipment is completely returned  * are due no later that Tuesday, August 16th . Both must be paid before any player may receive his equipment and begin full  pad practices with his team.  These deposits may be made at the Information Table.  We can accept separate checks or cash only. Both are new to our program this year due to the fact that we are still missing equipment from previous seasons and have not had 100% parent participation with the volunteering. Volunteer Sign Up Sheets will also be available at the Info Table.

We supply all equipment EXCEPT rubber-soled cleats (metal and removable spikes are not allowed), athletic supporter, girdle, chin strap and mouthpiece. The mouthpiece must be a color (not Clear) and attach to the facemask. These items are your responsibility.

We will hold our Parent Information Meeting on Thursday,  August 18th @ 6:00 p.m. during practice. Best way to get the whole seasons info and ask questions.
