 Important Dates:

-Saturday September 4^th,  Helmet Drive  at various locations–If you still need to sign up see Jeff Richards  at the information table.

******Please look at the website after 3 on Friday to see if the Helmet Drive is going to be cancelled do to the pending bad weather

-Tuesday,  September 7th, during practice we will be distributing  game shirts and pants

-Thursday,  September 9th, Weigh-In at Y-D High School at 4:30

            -All players must attend the weigh-in, this is a league requirement and is NOT       optional, we also need Birth Certificates for the weigh-in. If yours has not been      handed in please do so as soon as possible. After weighing in we will return to our

            field for a full practice

            Weight Limits:

            -Mites              105 lbs.

            -Pee Wee         130 lbs.

            -Midgets          160 lbs.

Directions:  Take exit 8 (Station Ave./Union St.) stay right onto ramp, take right onto Station Ave.. Go straight through 2 sets of lights. Y-D High School will be about 1 mile on left hand side after 2^nd set of traffic lights

Our Constant Contact Emailing program is up and functioning. It is our best chance to inform everyone quickly an effienctly. We have sent out 2 emails in the past week. Please check to see that you are receiving this important information. If you have not received these emails please stop by the information table and verify that  we have your correct email address. We will use this program as well as the website for cancellations and important messages.

Volunteer Sign Up -Each player’s family is needed to do at least  one shift of volunteering during the season. Sign Up sheets are available at the Information Table.  Choose from volunteering during home games at the  Gate ,  the Snack Bar, or on the field doing the Line Markers. 

Parents- It is a lot of work to run this program and we need volunteers to help.

We are entering our 24th Football Season and are currently in production for the 2010 Barnstable Silver Bullets Football Program.  This football guide lists all the football players, cheerleaders, schedules, and information on our exciting season.  Your business represented in our Program will receive great exposure while supporting a well-established, local youth organization!  As a parent, you may want to consider placing an ad with a personal message including a picture for your own Silver Bullet player or cheerleader via the Program!  These types of ads have been popular in the past and the players and cheerleaders love them!

Dear Players & Parents

Please Note:
The 2010 Season of the Barnstable Silver Bullets starts Thursday August 12, 2010 at 5:45-7:30. There will be an information table set up to check-in and answer questions.

Practice is held at the Barnstable High School Football Practice Field

The second night of practice will be Friday August 13, 2010 at 5:45-7:30

Pre-Season Practice:
-The remainder of the pre-season practices will be Monday-Thursday from 5:45-7:30 until school starts

Regular Practice Schedule:
Once school starts practices will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45-7:30

All players should wear Shorts, T-Shirts and Cleats
